We begin by getting honest about where you are. We explore your values, your energy, your patterns, and what you most want to shift. You leave with clarity about your direction.
Month 2 - Align and Experiment:
With clarity as your compass, we begin making intentional moves. Small, grounded experiments that build confidence and reveal what's truly aligned for you.
Month 3- Integrate and Sustain:
We consolidate your insights, strengthen your practices, and design a way forward that you can carry on your own — with or without continued coaching.

For many in our communities, especially those living with chronic stress or illness, it can be a gentle yet powerful tool for healing. Practicing yoga creates space for grounding and renewal, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
2026 Yoga Offerings
Join us at The Celestial Trading Post in Gilroy. Gentle Restore takes place on Thursdays from 7 to 7:50 pm, and Rise and Shine Gentle Flow happens on Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:20 am. These classes offer a calm and supportive space to breathe, move with ease, and take a moment for yourself. All are welcome.
We center safety, dignity, and joy in every class, creating a space where everyone is welcome—no experience needed. Come as you are, breathe, stretch, and leave feeling renewed and ready for the day.
