RSVP For December Yoga Offerings

As the season gets busy, these classes offer a gentle place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. You are welcome to join whenever it feels right for you. Every class is held at The Celestial Trading Post in Gilroy (85 5th Street, Gilroy CA)

Restorative Yoga on Thursdays

December 4, 11, and 18,— 7 pm to 7:50 pm. A calming evening practice to help you unwind. We will move slowly, settle into supportive shapes, and create space for deep rest. This class is great if you are looking for a quiet moment at the end of the day or simply want to let your system soften.

Saturday Morning Yoga

December 13 and 20— 8:30 am to 9:20 am. A gentle morning flow to ease into the weekend. Expect simple movement, steady breathing, and time to ground yourself before the day begins. This class is accessible for all bodies and all experience levels.

What to expect
